Chef/Crew Leader

The MaD PLaTTeR is currently looking for an experienced Chef/Supervisor to join our team. Applicants must have at least 2 years of FINE DINING experience in a CREW LEADER, a strong work ethic, and tons of creativity. This is a FULL-TIME position requiring evening availability.

With an Associates in Culinary Arts & a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from Sullivan University, Chef Brad continues to grow and learn as part of the MaD PLaTTeR Family. Back in his hometown of Greenfield Indiana, he found a passion for food by watching both of his grandmothers cook. Learning to cultivate his own ingredients on the family farm picking veggies & blueberries, digging potatoes, catching fish & feeding the chickens.
